Hand Blown Glass Art Outdoor Sculpture Garden Owl Oneil 1616

  

Hand blown garden owl measures approximately 9" from tip of copper fitting to top of bird and 4.5" front to back. This birdie will slip onto the length you choose of 1/2 copper pipe. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR PIPE IN THE LENGTH YOU NEED YOU CAN SLIDE THE FITTING WITH ART ON TO THE PIPE AND IT WILL FIT SNUGLY. YOU WILL NEED TO PUT THE PIPE IN THE GROUND AT LEAST 12 TO SUPPORT THE ART.

YOU WILL ALSO WANT TO BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DO NOT POUND A HAMMER DIRECTLY ON THE END OF YOUR COPPER PIPE AS YOU CAN MUSHROOM OUT THE END OF THE PIPE. PUT SOME CUSHIONING BETWEEN THE PIPE AND THE HAMMER TO AVOID DISTORTING THE PIPE WHEN YOU PUT IT IN THE GROUND.

You can also put it in a flower pot THEY LOOK GREAT IN GROUPS OF THREE OR STANDING ALONE. If you want the pipe lower with not much showing of the pipe, you won't need to put it in the base as far.
