From Murano of Venice, here is a beautiful art sculpture figurine made of blown glass. Absolout extraordinary organic shape Murano Art glass bowl / masterpiece in a degrade of colors from violet to blue. Attributed to Seguso Vetri d'Arte, Italy, 1960. Deep violet and blue glass cased with Sommerso technique, rectangular design.
Measures 17" x 4.5" x 9 and weighs 5 lbs. There is some fogging in between layers of glass. This is common on layered glass pieces such as this.
