Rollin Karg Hand-blown Dichroic 18 1/2 Art Sculpture, Erotic, 2004, Signed

  

This listing is for a Dazzling Piece of Art Sculpture that has been on display; still a Lovely Piece it is an Original HAND BLOWN DICHROIC EROTIC ART SCULPTURE BY U. Signed and Dated on the bottom back of the piece, this sculpture is 18 1/2 high & fairly heavy, weighing in at over 15lbs. There are a few Small areas of minor surface scratching & a small chip on the bottom edge of the piece, which we've pointed out in the photos.

We refer to this Sculpture as the "V"--it may be called, "Erotic Tongue". Created using molten glass, the outer glass is overall clean & clear with the sculpture having gorgeous, dichroic method, which creates stunning internal colors. From glittering gold, purple, greens & blue, to swirls of black and multi-layered blue; there are also sweet touches of blue, pink & red drops throughout this unique design. The sculpture is 18 1/2" high at the higher V; 17 1/2" at the lower V with the V's being approx. 5 3/4" & 5 1/4" around, respectively.

The sculpture is 9" across at the top; 5" across at the center; approx. 1" thick at the slim areas; 5" thick near the bottom; 16 1/2" around near the bottom; 10 1/2" around at the center and 17 around the V's. The sculpture is signed at the bottom back, with the signature being small, approx. 1 1/2 across, ROLLIN KARG 2004. There is a hole in the bottom of the Piece, which is part of the sculpture.

The first 6 photos provide good images of the sculpture. Photos #7 & #8 point out the 3 areas of Small surface scratches near the bottom of the piece. The gloves are pointing to the areas--we went over the piece as well as possible & the light surface scratching was not an issue. Photo #9 shows the bottom of the piece, which does have minor surface scratching; the photo displays the most prominent surface scratch & you can see the small chip, as well.

Photos #10 & #11 show the small chip, which is approx. 4mm, on the bottom edge of the piece.

The chip is shown with the sculpture flat & lifted. Photo #12 provides an EXTREME CLOSE-UP of the Signature, ROLLIN KARG 2004.
